Returns Policy

No refunds or returns unless product/s are damaged or faulty. Where product/s are received damaged, Autoclaves Australia will repair or replace damaged goods, only after approval by Autoclaves Australia, if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Faulty items after assessment (not as a result of damage or misuse) will be repaired or replaced if possible, otherwise, a refund will be issued if reported within 7 days of receiving the order, at the discretion of Autoclaves Australia. Freight costs to return item/s back to Autoclaves Australia are the responsibility of the customer.
